Plot: Journalist DAVE CANNON investigates the story of inner-city high school basketball phenom QUENTON 'Q' MILLS, who became a six-foot maverick by age fourteen. When freshman Q first stepped onto the court in his size twelve shoe, legendary King High School coach DAVID JORDAN knew he had just witnessed the most talented basketball player ever in school history. Unconditionally loved by his mother PATRICIA, a tenacious woman of resolute strength and unshakable faith, supported by his misguided and damaged older brother KEVIN, adored by his girlfriend WANDA, idolized by his fellow teammates ANTHONY, BUMPY, BRUCE and TIM, and mentored by the sometimes guileful intentions of Coach Jordan, Q grew into a young man of remarkable character and a top college prospect.
